Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do everything passionately and invest much love into the brand. We appreciate you choosing your pieces carefully and checking the size charts before you order. That way, you only receive pieces you really want. If something still needs to be fixed or really doesn’t fit you, email info@corostoke.co.nz, and we will help you!
To start a return, contact us at info@corostoke.co.nz The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, and issue store credit (no cash refunds for change-of-mind returns). Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act (repair, replacement, or refund).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size or item via store credit, but only while stock lasts—each drop is limited and not reproduced, so availability isn’t guaranteed. The fastest way to proceed is to return your item (for approved store credit), then make a separate purchase for the new item if in stock.
Store Credits
Approved store credits will be issued to your customer account or as a gift card code, usable on future purchases (no expiration). We notify you once received and inspected. Contact info@corostoke.co.nz if issues arise.
