Shipping policy

Overview
We want to ensure your Coro Stoke pieces arrive safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping practices, timeframes, rates, and carrier information for orders placed through our online store.



Order Processing
After you place an order, we typically process it within 1–2 business days. Processing does not include weekends, Sundays, or New Zealand public holidays. Once your order is processed, we hand it over to our courier partner for pickup and delivery.



Courier Pickup and Transit
We work with trusted New Zealand couriers including NZ Post, Haste, and Aramex to deliver your order. After we book your shipment with the courier, it will typically be picked up on the same day or the next business day. Please note: couriers do not operate pickups on Saturdays, Sundays, or NZ public holidays, so processing during these periods will extend your delivery timeframe. Once the courier collects your parcel, delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier’s service schedule.



Packaging
All orders are shipped in A4 courier bags to keep costs minimal and reduce environmental impact. Items are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. 


Domestic Shipping Rates (New Zealand)
• Non-rural addresses: NZ$10.00
• Rural addresses: NZ$15.00
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Rural rates apply to areas outside main urban centers, including remote locations. 


International Shipping
• Australia: NZ$20.00

We currently offer shipping to Australia only. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or import clearance.



Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of courier pickup, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, adverse weather, or events outside our control. 



Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel with the courier in real time. Visit the courier’s website or use the tracking link provided to check your shipment status.



Liability
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for damage, loss, or delays during transit. If you receive a damaged parcel, contact us immediately at info@corostoke.co.nz with photos for assessment under our Damages and Issues policy. 



Changes and Updates
Shipping rates and policies may change without notice. We will update this page to reflect any changes. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
